Effective date: October 19, 2026. This policy is approved for publication by SYSTIC.Ai.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the one-time, non-recurring $500 Founding Beta Reservation Fee for SYSTIC.Ai's Beta Group A. The fee:
- is a single, one-time, non-recurring payment;
- is not a service credit;
- is not applied to subscription or usage charges;
- funds SYSTIC.Ai's initial research, development, setup, and logistics for the beta program; and
- converts an Invitation Hold into a Confirmed Reservation only after SYSTIC.Ai verifies the payment server-side through Stripe and matches it to your approved application.
Enrollment moves through three defined states used across all SYSTIC.Ai beta documents:
- Applicant: you have submitted an application. No payment has been made, no place is held, and no reservation exists.
- Invitation Hold: your application is approved and an approval packet with a Stripe payment invitation has been issued. Your place is held only while the hold terms are met. An Invitation Hold is not a reservation and involves no payment. It may lapse under the hold framework. When a hold expires without verified payment, the capacity returns to the pool without any promise to a particular applicant. A payment that is in progress when a hold expires requires review before capacity is released.
- Confirmed Reservation: SYSTIC.Ai has verified your payment server-side through Stripe and matched it to you as the approved applicant. Your place is reserved, and the fee is non-refundable as stated in Section 2.
Applying for the beta requires no payment. Payment is requested only after SYSTIC.Ai's human review and explicit approval, through an approval packet containing a Stripe payment invitation. Before the payment ask, the approval packet and the Stripe checkout disclose whether any service membership is required, its costs, plan assignment, subscription and usage terms, and billing start. yes, a service plan is required participants choose the Professional plan or higher, starting at $200 per month participants select their plan themselves (Professional or higher) separate service terms apply to the selected plan and are accepted explicitly billing starts when usable service access is available, not at placeholder account creation
Beta Group A testing is scheduled to begin on January 1, 2027. The start date is a target and may shift. The full public launch date remains TBD.
2. Refund Position
The one-time, non-recurring $500 Founding Beta Reservation Fee is non-refundable, subject to mandatory statutory rights (Section 3) and the company cancellation, delay, and refund-exception policy (Section 4, If SYSTIC.Ai cancels the beta before testing begins, the full $500 is refunded. If testing is delayed, participants are notified and given a revised date. If testing has not begun by April 1, 2027, participants may cancel and receive a full refund of the $500. Voluntary withdrawal follows the non-refundable policy, subject to mandatory statutory rights.). It is not a service credit and is not applied to subscription or usage charges.
The fee applies to a Confirmed Reservation. It does not apply to an unpaid Invitation Hold, which involves no payment.
A delay in the beta start date or a change in beta features does not by itself create a refund right.
3. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits, waives, or replaces any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law. For example, certain jurisdictions may provide statutory cancellation or cooling-off rights for eligible customers or transactions.
Where applicable law provides a greater right, that law will control. Customers should obtain local legal advice if they are unsure whether statutory rights apply to their purchase.
4. Company Cancellation, Delay, and Refund Exceptions
If SYSTIC.Ai cancels the beta before testing begins, the full $500 is refunded. If testing is delayed, participants are notified and given a revised date. If testing has not begun by April 1, 2027, participants may cancel and receive a full refund of the $500. Voluntary withdrawal follows the non-refundable policy, subject to mandatory statutory rights.
5. Legacy Transition
Some earlier purchasers paid under a prior public offer that described the $500 as a credit toward a first year, valid through December 31, 2027, refundable if unused by that date. Those purchases remain governed by the terms in force at the time of purchase; that legacy description is intentional and is not superseded by this policy. New purchasers under the current offer are governed by the non-refundable Founding Beta Reservation Fee position in Section 2.
6. How to Request a Refund
Any refund request is evaluated under Section 2 (the non-refundable position), Section 3 (statutory rights), and Section 4 (the company cancellation, delay, and refund-exception policy: SYSTIC.Ai refunds the full $500 if it cancels the beta before testing begins; participants may cancel with a full refund if testing has not begun by April 1, 2027; delays are notified with a revised date). Please include the purchaser's name, organization, email address, payment date, and Stripe payment or transaction reference, if available. SYSTIC.Ai may request reasonable information to verify the purchase and the requester's authority to act for the purchasing organization.
7. Processing Approved Refunds
If a refund is required by applicable law, or applies under the company cancellation, delay, and refund-exception policy in Section 4 (full $500 refund if SYSTIC.Ai cancels before testing begins, or cancellation with full refund if testing has not begun by April 1, 2027), it will generally be processed through Stripe and returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
If the original payment method is unavailable, SYSTIC.Ai will contact the purchaser to determine an appropriate lawful alternative.
8. Policy Updates
SYSTIC.Ai may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect when the payment was made will generally apply to that payment, unless a change is required by law or expressly agreed otherwise.
